SOLAR-POWERED DAM WATER ABSTRACTION SYSTEM FOR FRUIT FARM

Clykay successfully completed a solar-powered dam water abstraction project for a fruit farm in Matungulu, Machakos County. The project involved installing a solar-powered water pumping system designed to abstract water from a dam and support the farm’s irrigation requirements.

By harnessing solar energy to power the pumping system, the project provides a sustainable and cost-effective approach to agricultural water supply, reducing reliance on conventional electricity and supporting reliable water access for fruit production.
