Negav Brothers, a Juba-based beer manufacturing company in South Sudan, sought our professional services to establish a water treatment facility at their factory in Juba. Our team of experts was responsible for the installation and operation of the water treatment plant, which involved the pumping of Nile River water into a sedimentation tank. Subsequently, the water underwent sand filtration, which our technicians assembled with precision, followed by Reverse Osmosis treatment, before supplying the purified water for use in the factory.

This project has been successfully executed within the expansive Tatu City, a mixed-use development spanning 5000 acres and boasting of Special Economic Zone status. The primary objective of installing the large-volume steel tank is to provide reliable water supply to the controlled housing development within the area. The tank, standing tall at a height of 15 meters, has been strategically placed to ensure efficient water flow to all corners of the development, meeting the needs of all residents.

Clykay was honored to be selected as the trusted partner by Victoria Engineering Company, a China-based firm, to carry out a vital project. Our team of experts was tasked with equipping a 320-meter borehole with an electric submersible pump capable of discharging 5000 liters of water per hour. In addition, we designed and fabricated a state-of-the-art elevated steel tower, featuring a 32,000-liter steel water tank to meet the organization’s water supply needs. The system is intended to serve the entire premises, which accommodates more than 300 workers, providing a reliable water supply for all their needs. Clykay has accomplished a remarkable feat! We have successfully installed and commissioned an impressive 8-meter high, 65,000-liter steel tank for B Braun Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Plant in Athi River, EPZ. B Braun is a German based firm specializing in production of pharmaceutical products. This tank is a crucial component of a cutting-edge water recovery system that recycles water from their distillery to be reused within the facility. To make this happen, we constructed a water recovery pit that collects wastewater, channels it into a treatment plant, and then pumps it up with a booster pump to an elevated steel tank. The stored water is then piped directly onto the existing water lines, making it readily available for use. Clykay – building sustainable solutions for a better tomorrow.

We were thrilled to take on a privately sponsored project at Machakos Junction, where we had the opportunity to equip an existing borehole with a state-of-the-art 5.5KW solar pump system. Our team crafted an elevated steel tower and mounted solar panels on top to power the pump, ensuring a yield of 10m3 per hour. Our client, a budding farmer, now has access to abundant water for irrigation and commercial use, which is sure to yield a fruitful harvest.
