1. Eligibility for Returns
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
- The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match the description.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Consumables such as filters and cartridges once opened.
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
3. Return Process

- Approval: If eligible, you will receive a return authorization code and instructions for returning the product.
- Packaging: Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Shipping: Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Exchanges will be processed based on the availability of the replacement item.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos or videos of the damage/defect for verification.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
